Welcome to Devon and the West Country

Frognel Hall

Frognel Hall is situated in Torquay in the heart of Torbay.  Torbay has developed into one of the most varied and interesting holiday estinations in Europe, with its countless attractions and wide rande of facilities.

Frognel Hall is a warm and friendly,  family run, beautifully adapted Victorian Mansion hidden away in a quiet corner of Torquay, yet it is only a few minutes walk away from the harbour side, the sea front and the town centre.

With convenient bus and taxi services, plenty of free parking within the grounds, a superb position and lovely surroundings, Frognel Hall is an ideal base from which to explore Devon and Cornwall. It is particularly attractive to those who like to be near the central area, but not actually in it.

Relax in the elegant drawing room or bar, linger in the peaceful private gardens and contemplate the fine views over the town and bay to the moors beyond. Drawing Room

Views of Torbay

Take an easy stroll to Daddyhole Point, Kents Cavern or Manor Gardens.  Venture down the hill to the harbour and shopping centre, or along to the beautiful blue flag Meadfoot Beach.  Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away, and the delights of the South Hams countryside and coastlines are easily accessible.  By way of contrast, the bustling and historic cities of Plymouth and Exeter are an hour or so away by bus, train or car.
