Prices are per person per night; the weekly rate is per person.

The dinner bed and breakfast tariff provides dinner  from table d'hôte menu, a three course meal plus coffee or tea.  We also have a la carte options.Children's menus are available and we cater for special diets. 

Frognel Hall offers guests Holistic Massage and Hot Stone Therapy at competitive rates.  Victoria Latham is a fully qualified and experienced complementary therapist, who  also offers group taster sessions, where you can learn about massage, natural healing, and relaxation, and have the chance to experience a taste of massage.  Phone 01803 298339 for availability and prices.

Booking Notes and Terms

Arrival and departure times.
Rooms are usually available by 2.30 pm on day of arrival. Guests are most welcome to use the hotel, or leave luggage, before this time. Please vacate rooms by 10.30 am on day of departure.

Meal times.
Breakfast is normally served from 8.30 am to 9.30 am, dinner from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm, at other times by arrangement.

Tariff
Prices include VAT at 15%.

Children
For children the tariff for accommodation is half to two thirds the adult rate if sharing the same room as parents/guardians. Children occupying a room by themselves will be subject to the full adult tariff unless agreed otherwise with the proprietor. A nominal charge may be made for infants under 3 years.

Smoking
Frognel Hall is a strictly non-smoking hotel.

Dogs
We have two courtyard rooms where guests may bring dogs to stay with them. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, dogs are not allowed into the main building, and guests are required to keep their dog on a lead at all times in the grounds. There is a charge of £3.50 per dog per day.

Accounts
A non-returnable deposit of £30.00 per person is required to confirm a reservation. Please settle accounts in full before departure.

Cancellations and early departures policy
A cancellation charge of up to 70% of the price of occupancy will be due for accommodation reserved but not taken up. This will be reduced to a maximum of 50% if 3 weeks' or more notice is given, and £30.00 per person if 6 weeks' notice is given. Holiday or travel insurance is available. No allowance can be made for temporary absence, early departure, or meals not taken.

Group cancellations
Due to the nature of group bookings whereby there is a considerable amount of time between the booking and the arrival of groups and whereby large numbers of rooms are reserved for that group we reserve the right to charge in full for any cancellation made if we are unable to re-sell the cancelled period to another group. If we receive notification of any cancellation before 12 months from the arrival date we will waiver any outstanding fee.

Accommodation unavailable.
In the very unlikely event that reserved accommodation is unavailable (e.g. due to damage, failure of equipment or any other reason) the hotel will make every effort to inform the guest as soon as possible, and will assist in finding similar alternative accommodation. Liability will be limited to the return of any monies paid covering the period concerned.
