Arrival and departure times.
Rooms are usually available by 2 PM on day of arrival. Guests are most welcome to use the hotel, or leave luggage, before this time. Please vacate rooms by 10-30 AM on day of departure.

Meal times.
Breakfast is normally served from 8-30 AM to 9-30 AM, dinner from 6-30 PM to 7-30 PM. Other times by arrangement.

Tariff
Prices include VAT at 17.5%.

Children
For children under 12 years old the tariff is half the adult rate if sharing the same room as parents/guardians on a BED and BREAKFAST BASIS ONLY. All evening meals will be charged at the standard price. Children occupying a room by themselves will be subject to the full adult tarriff unless agreed otherwise with the proprietor. A nominal charge may be made for infants under 3 years.

Smoking
In compliance with legislation smoking is not permitted within the hotel.

Dogs
We regret we are unable to accommodate dogs

Accounts
A deposit of £30.00 per person is required to confirm a reservation. Please settle accounts in full before departure.

Cancellations and early departures polcy
A cancellation charge of up to 70% of the price of occupancy will be due for accommodation reserved but not taken up. This will be reduced to 50% if 3 weeks or more notice is given,

Group cancellations

Due to the nature of group bookings whereby there is a considerable amount of time between the booking and the arrival of groups and whereby large numbers of rooms are reserved for that group we reserve the right to charge in full for any cancellation made if we are unable to re-sell the cancelled period to another group.. If we receive notification of any cancellation before 12 months from the arrival date we will waiver any outstanding fee.

Accommodation unavailable.
In the very unlikely event that reserved accommodation is unavailable (e.g. due to damage, failure of equipment or any other reason) the hotel will make every effort to inform the guest as soon as possible, and will assist in finding similar alternative accommodation. Liability will be limited to the return of any monies paid covering the period concerned.
